We currently employ a total of 80 people. Of these, 20 work in timber construction on site at your construction site. The joinery, NUR-HOLZ, wood frame and board stack production employ 38 employees. In the work preparation and administration 22 employees are active, in order to guarantee a smooth operational sequence.
Rombach Holzbau has been training apprentices in the carpentry trade for over 50 years. Currently 32 of the 49 trained carpenters are still working in the Rombach company, many of them also as master carpenters or in leading positions. The company Rombach Holzbau offers annually carpenter training places (m/f/d). The training of the carpenters in the own house is very important, since thus a safety device of qualified coworkers can be ensured, in order to be able to offer also the customers a first-class handicraft.
